Still Wondering

How can one speak out about any situation with out being politically correct? Why do we afraid to say what we want about any situation as it is with out the fear of being labeled as arrogant, insensitive and above all racist? What is race has to do when pointing out individuals weaknesses? I always wonder why a society as complex as ours seems to struggle to be critical of others actions honestly and constructively? Am I being racist when I judge the actions of individuals regardless their racial or ethnical classification? If I do not say what I see as I see it, am I finding some sort of sweetener as a coating on the actual message? How do I know people get the message that is hidden underneath the coating? Is political correctness the coating? I am just wondering.
